After 3 days of exercise and 2 days of moving my classroom down the hall, I was in some serious pain. That is why I decided not to exercise this morning. I made the decision last night and got up today to stretch. The stretching felt good, and by afternoon, I was no longer in pain. So, I decided to try some yoga on the Wii. All I have to say is, "Ow!"
